Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

At babiesmile, we aim to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please log in to your account within 30 minutes of placing the order and cancel it. If you checked out as a guest or if more than 30 minutes have passed, you will need to follow our Return Policy to return the item for a refund.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Notes

• If an order is refused upon delivery, shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
